Pierce J. Lee

President

Pierce Lee is an experienced international trade and customers attorney. His practice focuses on all areas of trade remedies, including antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations, customs compliance, international trade litigation, and import relief actions under Section 201 (safeguard), Section 232 (national security), and Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974.

Pierce represents clients before the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration (ITA) and Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT). He also advises clients on all customs issues handled by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) such as classification, valuation, country of origin, tariff preference program, quota, marking, drawback, verification, audit, penalty, and prior disclosure.

Pierce received his BA in economics and JD from the University of British Columbia and LLM in international business and economic law from Georgetown University.

In addition to serving as the President of the Korean-American Bar Association of Washington, DC, he also serves as the Treasurer of the International Association of Korean Lawyers.
