Christine Han

KABA Gala Co-Chair

Christine is a Trial Attorney in the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor in the Plan Benefits Security Division.  At the U.S. Department of Labor, she has worked on a variety of rulemaking assignments, as well as trial and appellate litigation in the Office of Legal Counsel, the Management and Administrative Legal Services Division, Fair Labor Standards Division, as well as the Division of Mine Safety and Health.

Previously, Christine served as an Attorney Advisor in the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Christine is also a Co-Chair of the International Law Committee of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.  Christine received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and B.A. from Columbia University.
